A stylish nursing dress that combines a silky soft woven cotton blouse, constructed with an in-built jersey knitted dress.
Constructed with hem-lift nursing access for discreet breastfeeding – a very flattering construction for immediate post-partum use. The outer layer falls freely and does not hug the body. This creates the effect of a smooth front that is very flattering for new mothers. To nurse, lift outer layer blouse at hem to access openings on either side of bust on inner lining layer.
Body is constructed with fine flat jersey knit, and the fitted sleeves with rib knit detail. Made with 100% cotton -we decided on a 16 gauge knit for this dress so it is light-weight and fluid, yet at the same time, sufficiently warm.
Constructed with empire-line access, nursing in this dress is discreet and a breeze. Inner lining extends from empire “opening” to neckline so as to minimize accidental exposures. Recommended for the first-time nursing mom. One simple motion – pull band upwards and you’re ready to feed!

Whether it’s a maternity top or nursing dress, determine your size based on your current bust measurement. Measure around the fullest circumference of your bust and refer to the chart below to get the best possible fit. If you are in-between sizes, we suggest choosing the next size up, particularly if you are in the early term of your pregnancy.
Important: do not use your bra size number as a reference for size selection, ensure to measure your bust at the fullest circumference for a more accurate fit.
Each MEV size is designed to accommodate an anticipated extent of growth, particularly around the bust and belly circumference. Crafted in high quality stretch fabrics, our designs shall fit you from when you start showing (probably around 16 weeks) and ideally, to the full term of your pregnancy.
Through the course of your pregnancy, your bust measurement may increase from one size to another, in which case, we recommend that you re-fit.
For stretchable, knitted bras, measure around the fullest circumference of your bust and refer to the chart below to get the best possible fit.
For non-stretch or non-knitted bras that require a cup fitting, first put on your favourite bra that you think makes your breasts the right shape and feels most comfortable. Next, measure the circumference around your ribcage, just below your breasts. Add 5 to this number to get your band size. If the resulting band size is an odd number, round up to the next even number.
The second measurement should be taken around the fullest part of your bust with your favourite bra on. Next subtract your band size from this measurement to derive your cup size. With the final number, refer to the bra cup size chart below.
